Returns and Exchanges Policy
Unopened items in original packaging with the receipt of purchase can be returned to our store within 90 days of purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items must not have been used or show signs of use to receive a refund or exchange.
Items returned after 90 days after original purchase will not be refunded.
Cost of Returning Items, all costs of a return, for example, courier costs, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Costs of returning any product will not be refunded.
Lumber and panel items must not be cut, weathered, or otherwise show any signs of use to receive credit or refund within 90 days of purchase.
All lumber returns are subject to review and approval by our yard manager.
We cannot offer returns for special order items, clearance items or items marked final sale.
In some extenuating circumstances special order items may be returned and will be subject to a restocking fee.
Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is defective.
There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy.

- A defective item is subject to the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer may repair or replace the item.
- Live goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Woodstove and stove and chimney part special orders are final sale items and cannot be returned.

Items returned without a receipt or proof of purchase may be returned for a store credit if the item is unopened in the original packaging and is a regularly stocked item. If the item is defective and in good condition we will replace the item with the same or similar product if the item is no longer available.
