We at Galiano Trading Company are delighted to continue our proud tradition of supporting the Victoria Reign U18-C1 girls' hockey team for the 2025/2026 season! Go, Jordan! Go, Reign!
We know how much effort goes into a great season, and our sponsorship is dedicated to helping cover crucial expenses for these athletes, including tournament fees, travel, and accommodation for their upcoming all-female tournaments on the mainland.
Supporting the team to compete and succeed is a wonderful way for us to give back to the community, and we are thrilled to be a part of their journey.

Food Fridge
The community Food Fridge is the result of the hard work of a small group of local residents dedicated to food security by providing barrier free access to food. The food fridge is located outside Galiano Trading and operates on the principle of take what you need, leave what you can; it is accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Community Activities and Events
Galiano is a vibrant community that always has something going on. Watch for the community bulletin boards or online on social media or the organizations website to find out what’s happening on island. Some of the islands long standing, regular events include
Soup and Bread at the South Hall is put on by the Galiano Club, Food Program; this weekly lunch time meal is a popular event boosting bottomless soup for under $10 and lots of friendly faces it is a great place to gather.
Games Night is another family friendly event put on by the Galiano Club, Food Program and it’s an evening of pizza and games and fun for everyone.
Yellowhouse Art Centre – weekly art sessions for those seeking to find their personal expression through art.
