Deliveries
Galiano Trading Company Ltd offers delivery of our lumber yard products, pricing will vary based on location. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for delivery of orders we will do our best to delivery your orders as soon as possible. Delivery of your order requires that you provide the location and someone must be on site to accept the delivery due to our limited staffing, unloading is the responsibility of the buyer.
While we will make every reasonable effort to place your product as close as possible to where it is to be used, extra services (including, but not limited to, the placement of product anywhere other than where it can be dumped via flatbed truck or directly off load from the truck) will incur additional charges.
Clear communication by our customers regarding specific delivery concerns and situations at point of order is extremely helpful in ensuring a successful delivery experience.
Delivery of store goods – At this time, Galiano Trading is unable to provide delivery service for store products.
In-Store special order policy
We will gladly special order your item should we not have it as a regularly stocked product, subject to the following policies.
Special orders over $1000 are subject to a minimum 25% Deposit at the time of order. (Deposit is waived for house account holders.)
NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise.
Special order items and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.
We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery of any special order. We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your item to come in as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee a lead time in any case.
Customers will be asked to sign a form acknowledging our special order policies and that they have reviewed the order for accuracy.
Rentals
Galiano Trading Co Ltd, has a number of items that customers can rent. Currently available are steam cleaner, pressure washer, scaffolding,
In addition to our rental items we have a plumbing tool box and post pounder available on loan from the store.
Scaffolding
We rent the framing for scaffolding, it is the responsibility of the renter to secure the necessary wood flooring pieces to construct the scaffolding, please note this is not included in the rental fee.
Steam Cleaner Rental
Operating the steam cleaner is relatively simple. Instructions will be included with the machine when renting it out. It is important that the steam cleaner is rinsed and cleaned before returning it to the store, failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. Attached are the instructions on how to return the steam cleaner.

Pressure Washer Rental
Galiano Trading has a gas operated pressure washer available for rental. In order to operate the pressure washer properly you must follow the instructions provided. An orientation is required for rental of the pressure washer. Failure to do follow the instructions may result in the unit failing to workproperly. Customers will be responsible for any damage occurring to the unit. A $50 deposit is required to rent the pressure washer. (House account holders excluded).
